Pozole - hearty Mexican Hominy stew.  Abby's new fave!

Pseudo Chinese Noodle Soup - a fast soup - :cook it in 20 minutes when you get home from work and it seems impressive and is a full meal

Sausage, kale, and gnocchi soup - rich and filling. really good the next day.
